Jerry C. Babb Recognized for Excellence in Education
Jerry Babb is an associate professor of economics at Tulsa Community College

TULSA, OK, December 8, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Jerry C. Babb, Associate Professor at Tulsa Community College, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in economics.

Mr. Babb has 25 years of field experience, including his work as an associate professor at Tulsa Community College. During his career, Mr. Babb has acquired an expertise in international trade. In his current position, his responsibilities include teaching macro- and microeconomics and international economics in a classroom, as well as online.

Previously, Mr. Babb worked with oil pipelines, until the oil market crash during the 1980s. Although the market was suffering, he used it as an opportunity to pursue his passion for economics. Soon after, he ventured into teaching, where he has excelled through his enthusiasm and instructional abilities.

A graduate of the University of Oklahoma, Mr. Babb has a master's degree in business administration from the University of Tulsa. In his free time, he serves as an adviser for Phi Beta Lambda. He attributes his success to the satisfaction he receives from seeing his students mature academically.
