YUMA, AZ, August 23, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Historical romance lovers will find two full-length novels based on the lives of real people on Windmill Creative Publishing's newly designed web site, http://www.windmillcreativepublishing.com
With entertainment money tight, these two historical romances will prove many hours of low-cost amusement, inspiration and education.
Becoming Bestemor is the story of author, Dr. Jeanne Hounshell's grandparents. Bestemor, Danish for Grandmother, came to Nebraska to find her love and her future. She raised Bestefar's (J.C. Jensen's) seven children and they had 14 more. This historical romance begins in Denmark and describes the difficulty of the immigrant's life.
This Precious Love is Dr. Jeanne's own story. Dr. Jeanne is a graduate of Nebraska Wesleyan University.
She and Ken met in Yellowstone National Park in 1952, spent two romantic summers together and were parted for 50 years. When Ken faced life-threatening surgery, he vowed to find her again.
This historical romance will take you from a sod house in the Nebraska sandhills to a president's inauguration; from cattle drives on a working cattle ranch to a beachfront condo.
Every lover of historical romances will find Dr. Jeanne's books engrossing and very difficult to put down.
Windmill Creative Publishing has also included reviews and excerpts of both books on this site and Dr. Jeanne's calendar of appearances.
