Located in western North Carolina, Caldwell County Economic Development Commission introduces a comprehensive, new website that reflects the commission's "fresh approach to economic growth."

The website's centerpiece is an interactive industrial directory which features a growing list of over 150 Caldwell County manufacturers, suppliers and vendors. The directory makes it easy for businesses to search for local partnering resources which ultimately feed economic development in the southeast.

According to Senior Development Manager Alan Wood, site visitors will find a new Events Calendar and Media Releases Center. The Grants & Incentives section is enhanced and focuses on corporate relocation incentives in NC such as grants and other state and local incentives. Updated weekly, the Available Properties section has detailed information on commercial, industrial and retail businesses and undeveloped lots.
