With 13 years of professional experience, Mr. Dayton specializes in retirement planning, establishing relationships with clients, overseeing corporate benefits, employee stock purchase plan, and stock options and deferred compensation regulations. His responsibilities include overseeing retirement plans for over 200 clients. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Mr. Dayton worked for Merrill Lynch as a financial consultant. Mr. Dayton earned his Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Minnesota in 1994. He is affiliated with the Financial Planning Association and the International Association of Registered Financial Consultants, and volunteers with the Minnesota Ovarian Cancer Alliance and Veterans of Foreign War. He considers having built a successful practice to be his greatest career achievement and hopes to utilize the client advisory board that he formed to have a positive impact on his clients. Mr. Dayton has been listed in the Consumers Research Council of America's 'Guide to America's Top Financial Planners'.
