Mr. Axmann earned his Master's Degree in Economics and Education from Bielefeld University in 1982, graduating with honors, and his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Bielefeld University in 1978. He is affiliated with the International Vocational Education and Training Association and the German Association for Vocational Teaching.
